Join Vintage Taps for a joy-filled two-hour workshop dedicated to rhythm, history and community. This special Tap Dance Day event is a chance to gather together, move our bodies, and honour the legends who helped shape this incredible art form.

Whether you’re a seasoned tap dancer or just beginning, this all-levels fundraiser welcomes everyone. Come to learn, connect and honour the tradition in a supportive and spirited environment.

Hosts Trina Josdal, Amy Lintunen, and Gen Fullerton will bring their signature warmth, vintage flair, and love of tap dance, as they guide you through favourite steps, share archival footage, and celebrate the traditions that the form is built upon.

What to Expect:

• An engaging, all-levels tap workshop (comfy indoor shoes welcome!)

• A celebration of tap dance history and its legendary artists

• Inspiring tap dance footage

• And of course… we’ll dance the Shim Sham Shimmy together!
